Steps to join The W.O.C.
Joining the WOC is an eight step process and isn’t done solely online.

- Send us your Name and your Company Name requesting Membership.
- We will contact you to understand your requirements and establish an initial Class of Membership.
- Subject to committee approval and non-exclusivity, we will send you, via email, an e-Signature.
- Reply to the e-Signature by clicking “Reply” and “Send”. DO NOT modify or type a message into the reply.
- Go to the DOU page and print it to a magnetic file and send a copy to us.
You can also print a paper copy, sign it and mail an original, no copies please, to us.
- An account will be created and we will send you an email with instructions on how to access your account.
- Finalize your account setup.
- Login to your Account and setup your address and credit card information. "Change My Info."
Be sure to change your password.
- Print a copy of your invoice for your records. "- Select Invoice -" > "Current" > "Go"
- Pay your current invoice. "Make a Payment"
If necessary be sure to clear a large charge from TWClark LLC with you card company beforehand.
- We will send your "Validated e-Signature" when a copy of the DOU and invoice payment are received.
This will complete your registration. We will contact your for information needed to create you website and
setup your initial email.
